The New South Wales Ministry of Health, a fundamental extension of the New South Wales government, plays a crucial role in overseeing the performance of the public health system in the region, with a specific focus on public hospitals.

Project scope

NSW Health recognised the need for a revamp of their existing suite of fourteen fact sheets addressing drug and alcohol use. Recognising the outdated nature of the current fact sheets, the primary objective was to rejuvenate both the visual aesthetics and the content itself.

Rollout specifics

To achieve this, I took the lead in initiating the creation of innovative graphics and illustrations, seamlessly integrating a lighter and more engaging style into the fact sheets.

The meticulous process involved a thorough reimagining, ensuring that the visual appeal resonated with the target audience. The aim was not merely an aesthetic facelift but also a substantial enhancement of the content to align with contemporary health perspectives. Leveraging a refined approach, I carefully curated and incorporated fresh visual elements to invigorate the fact sheets. This not only breathed new life into the materials but also catered to diverse learning preferences.

Result

The revitalised versions, crafted with a keen eye on detail, are now accessible in both online and print formats. This strategic transformation ensures that the information remains current, engaging, and widely available, serving the community's evolving health needs.
