Bringing the lively Mexican fiesta atmosphere from Surry Hills El Loco (Excelsior) to the heart of the city, El Loco at Slip Inn is perfect for a casual lunch break and an ideal spot for post-work drinks. Fluent in tequila, they've earned fame for their delicious tacos. The venue is vibrant, loud, and proud of it.

Project scope + results

El Loco at Slip Inn was ready for a change in their daily specials, aiming to provide their guests with a fresh experience. They desired a new look and feel to align with their latest daily offers.

I developed a comprehensive grunge aesthetic with vibrant colours, applying it consistently across all creative elements.

The objective was to present a uniform identity for this creative endeavour while highlighting the unique offers from each daily special. The venue was delighted with the result and expressed interest in extending this aesthetic to their other assets and activations.
